FAQ

Where are you located?

- I am based in Downtown Stamford

- Headshot sessions are done at the Stamford Town Center (Stamford Mall) in the Novoa New York retail store on Level 5 - 100 Greyrock Place, Stamford CT

Do you help with posing and outfit selection?

- I do. I help all my clients with selecting the right outfit and I make sure to help showcase their best angles on camera.

How do I know what time slots are available?

- I will make sure to update my website with availability as soon as time slots start filling in

Do I get to keep all the photos we take during my session?

- No, the photos we take will be available to view during our session and your best photo must be selected on the spot. Any additional photo can be selected for editing and will cost an additional $75

How soon will I received my edited photo?

- Photos taken on Friday, November 21st will be available for download by end of day Tuesday, November 25th

What happens if I need to cancel my session?

- You may cancel your session at any time before Friday, November 14th for a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellations made after November 14th will forfeit the deposit.

What happens if am late or do not arrive to my session?

- I hope this does not happen to anyone but if you arrive late, we will simply use whatever time we have left in your timeslot for headshots. If you miss your session entirely, you will forfeit your deposit.
